I am a Colorado Native as I was born and raised in Grand Junction. I spent 4 years in Breckenridge and the last 10 years in Fort Collins. My business career has involved time in both residential and commercial real estate lending and over 5 years in corporate finance, as well as the management of personal real estate investments. This background has provided me a broad range of real estate knowledge to assist you, my client, with all of your residential and commerical real estate needs.

 

My educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Regis University, a B.B.A. in Finance and Management, with a minor in Economics from Mesa State College. I am a graduate of the Graduate Realtor Institute and American Real Estate College. Professional designations include, member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, Fort Collins Board of Realtors, Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified New Home Sales Professtional (CSP)and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).

 

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife Dawn and our 2 daughters. We enjoy golfing, skiing, softball, soccer, fishing, hiking and hunting, as well as cheering on our local sports teams.

 

Since two of my favorite hobbies are golfing and skiing, I greatly enjoy helping people find properties in golf course neighborhoods and Colorado ski towns. I work hard at staying up to date with our thirteen (13) local golf courses and their adjoining neighborhoods. I maintain relationships with real estate brokers in Summit County (Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapaho Basin ski areas) and Grand County (Winter Park ski area). I have personal knowledge of Summit County as I lived there for 4 years and I currently own a condo in Winter Park.
